    "Érkezésünkkor a szállásadó zárt ablakoknál és zsalugátereknél mutatta meg az apartmanokat. Gyorsan összeszedte a személyigazolványainkat és elment.Távozása után kinyitottuk az ablakokat és zsalukat amikor is szembesültünk vele hogy milyen koszos volt minden a szobákban( szőnyeg, ágy , párna , takaró , lepedő, ) a fürdőszobában a wc-t alig lehetett lehúzni a fürdőkád széle penészes az ablakokban bogárürülék és bogármaradvány. A konyhában rendetlenség a páraelszívó teteje tiszta zsír , a hűtőszekrény kinyitása pedig nem csak látvánnyal fogadott hanem szaggal is. Az egész hűtő koszos , penészes , dohos és még törött is volt.Ezek a leírások mindkét szintre jellemzőek valamint volt egy nyárikonyha is amiben hasonló állapotok uralkodtak. Hívtuk hogy jöjjön vissza, de az általa ismert számot nem vette fel, másikról hívva felvette és miután rendőrt említettünk azután volt hajlandó visszajönni és az igazolványinkat visszaadni.Visszaérkezésekor megmutattuk hogy mi a probléma amire csak annyit tudott mondani hogy, kein problem.A helyszínről próbáltuk elérni a szállás hu-t és a Novasolt is sikertelenül."
