Villa Family stretches over 3 levels – ground floor, first floor and second floor – covering the living area of 280 m2. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons (6+2) in total.

One of the highlights of this magnificent holiday home is the outdoor area with a beautiful and lush secluded garden with outdoor furniture which provides enough privacy for spending quality time with your friends and family in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Those with children will surely appreciate the play area equipped with swings, slide and a sandbox, while those who enjoy cooking outdoors can make their specialties on the outdoor grill.

The ground floor level is designed as a recreation and relaxation area equipped with gym, sauna, jacuzzi (4-6 persons), billiard table and 1 bathroom with shower.

Indoor staircase leads to the first floor designed as a lounge area with spacious living room, dining area with large dining table and chairs for 8 persons, well equipped and modern kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower.
