Ideal for families too

The two-story apartment with a separate entrance is an excellent choice for gatherings for up to 12 people, close to the center in a pleasant, quiet street, 12 minutes' walk from Tófürdő. Excellent Balaton beaches and Keszthely are only 8-10 kilometers away.
Everyone can sit at the table in the large dining-kitchen on the ground floor, in the kitchen equipped with oven-cooking and cutlery and glasses, a microwave, electric stove with oven, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator allow for complete self-sufficiency (shaded sitting area in the garden is available to our guests, where you can also make a kettle, for which the necessary tools are available in addition to firewood).
On the ground floor there is another 3-bed room with a pull-out couch suitable for 2 people and a bathroom with a shower cabin, WC and hair dryer.
From the lounge on the first floor, there are 2 double rooms and one triple room, as well as a bathroom-toilet with a shower cabin, a bidet and a hair dryer.
The dining room and the upstairs lounge each have a flat-screen TV with 133 Hungarian and 8 foreign language TV channels, free WIFI is available to our guests.
Our guests arriving by car can use the limited capacity free of charge
our closed courtyard parking lot and also the parking spaces on the streets of the neighborhood.
