This new luxurious villa Histra is situated in Medulin, a popular tourist village in south Istria. It is built in 2019.
Villa all together has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can accommodate 10 people. Each bedroom has TV/SAT, balcony with sitting furniture and beautiful view of landscape, sea and swimming pool. Ground floor open space is really special. There is a big kitchen with dining room and living room which contains TV/SAT, safe and stereo sound system. Ground floor has a direct passage to the swimming pool with deck chairs where you will surely enjoy in Istrian sun. By the pool there is also a kitchennette, table football and barbecue. Highlight of this villa is a 100 m² big roof terrace with view of Medulin and sea which will leave you breathless. Roof terrace has a lounge furniture.
Whole villa is air conditioned and with floor heating. Villa also provides a 16A electric car charger.
