The villa is located 1500 m from the sea and 4000 m from the center. Krka National Park is located 8000 m it is spacious, largely unchanged region of exceptional and multifaceted natural value, and includes one or more preserved or insignificantly altered ecosystems. National park " Krka" is declared in 1985, and is the seventh national park in Croatia. Krka river by which the national park was named springs at the foot of Dinara Mountain, 3.5 kilometers northeast of Knin and a 22 meters high waterfall, the so called Topoljski slap. Length of the freshwater river is 49, and of the brackish is 23.5 kilometers. Important streams are Krčić, Kosovčica, Orašnica, Butišnica and Čikola with Vrba.
With its seven travertine waterfalls and a total drop of 242 meters, the Krka River is a natural phenomenon.
