This holiday house is located in a quiet and idyllic district of Hreljin and is suitable for up to 9 people. The house has been awarded 5 stars and offers everything you need for a successful summer vacation.
Although the house is in a quiet location, not all important points are too far away. The first city (Rijeka) is only 17 kilometers away, Rijeka airport only 14 kilometers from home.

The fully air-conditioned house consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a beautiful outdoor area. all bathrooms have underfloor heating. The rooms are spread over two floors, ground floor and first floor.

Ground floor:
The ground floor with access to the pool and terrace consists of a very well equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, bathroom, sauna and a small fitness studio. From the living room, kitchen and gym you have direct access to the pool overlooking the sea.

1st floor:
The first floor can be reached by an internal and external staircase.
There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea. The smaller covered balcony is 2.5 m2 and the larger 11 m2.
Each bedroom has its own safe, satellite TV and is air conditioned. There are also satellite TVs in the living room and in the gym.

Outdoor area:
The outdoor area consists of a children's playground behind the house, a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue in front, a small bar at 50 m2, and above all, a beautiful pool overlooking the sea. The summer kitchen has a fridge, sink and 2 hotplates. A barbecue is a charcoal grill. Firewood is provided by the landlord.

The pool can be heated, which allows it to be used even in colder temperatures. On the terrace of the 30 m2 pool there are 8 sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower heated by the sun's heat. The terrace around the pool is completely fenced.

The whole house has a wifi connection. The hot water supply is powered by solar energy.
