In a beautiful part of Jadranovo, near Crikvenica, there is this holiday villa, which offers enough space for up to 12 people.
The house consists of 3 floors and outdoor space.
Ground floor:
Here is a very well equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. From the living room you have access to a covered balcony. This floor can also be used as a separate apartment.
1st floor:
An external staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms and a living / dining room with a kitchen. From the living room you have access to a beautiful balcony with an awning.
Attic:
Here you have a double bedroom and a bathroom. On this floor there is a roof terrace overlooking the sea.
Outdoor area:
A very cozy shady gazebo is available here. There are also three private parking spaces on the property. The exterior of the house invites you to relax and is ideal for pleasant evenings with the family!
A very nice pool with 6 deck chairs, a terrace by the pool and a brick charcoal grill leave nothing to be desired. The summer kitchen is very practical,
which allows for a comfortable stay outdoors.
The highlight of this house is without a doubt the clean, 34 m2 pool.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
