The terrace offers a beautiful open view of the Medulin bay and the surrounding nature. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm with its own bathroom, a sauna with an open view of the sea, a living room, a mini kitchen and an additional bathroom. Villa Stella is located in a fenced and landscaped garden of 700 m2, which is very suitable for families with children and pets, and is only a 7-minute walk from the sea and the beach. The place is very quiet, without traffic.
