Villa Stella Ražanj

Villa Stella is a newly built holiday villa situated in picturesque village Ražanj, just 19 km from beautiful town Primošten and 27 km from UNESCO protected town Trogir. The villa is located only 120 m from the nearest beach with crystal clear sea, making it a perfect choice for a holiday home for everyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation on the seaside.

Villa Stella, built in 2020, covers the living area of 180 m2, while the entire property is laid on 200 m2. This elegant and contemporary furnished villa spreads over 3 floors (ground level, first floor and second floor) designed as separate apartments - each consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and well equipped kitchen with dining area, allowing the guests to keep their privacy within the group but at the same time offering enough space for social gatherings and interactions.
The interior of villa Stella features minimalistic design and clean lines, creating a bright and airy ambience. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has a queen sized double bed.
Villa Stella consists of a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 15 persons in total (12 sleeping in double beds and 3 sleeping on sofa beds), which makes it perfect for larger groups of friends or family.

The outdoor area is designed as a comfortable garden equipped with outdoor table and chairs and a lounge area, while the guests can find refreshment in the heated outdoor pool (21 m2) with waterfall feature or soak up the sunshine on sun loungers around the pool, all while admiring the breathtaking seaview. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors will have outdoor barbecue on disposal.

Villa Stella is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, baby cot, high chair, safe, blinds, basic soaps, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker (filter), toaster, outdoor barbecue (gas) with barbecue equipment, washing machine and hair dryer. The property offers 4 parking places, free of charge. Pets are allowed on request and charged extra (100 €/stay). Organizing events in the villa is available on request.

Marina Frapa, one of the best marinas in Europe, is located just 13 km away from villa Stella which makes it an ideal choice for all admirers of sailing and yachting. Villa Stella is located in a quiet and peaceful area which offers privacy to the guests, but at the same time is in the vicinity of everything you might need during your stay. The center of Ražanj with restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and bars is just 1.6 km away, while there is a much bigger offer in the nearby towns of Rogoznica, Primošten and Trogir.
